Canoes introduces the SUPER STIFF SEAMLESS option
for all its canoe designs. HYPR is the only manufacturer
that offers 3 part Metallic paint finish process
for High Gloss, toughness and long term durability
that one only finds in high performance luxury vehicles.
PPG ( USA’s largest paint supplier ) paint system
consists of base primer, base coat and CLEAR coat
that offers weight savings over Gel coats. The Clear
coat prevents fading from repeated polishing and
sun damage, basically keeps your canoe looking new
longer. Porsche GT Silver, Lamborghini Yellow, Ferrari
Rossa Red are some of the color options you can
choose.
All HYPR canoes are built with Divinicel foam core
sandwiched between 2 outer layers of composite materials
( Kevlar & S-glass ). The foam core covers a
minimum of 93% of the canoe surface area. This imparts
unparalleled STIFFNESS in the canoe with Hull and
Deck working together to create an impregnable shell.
This allows the paddler to surf and carve better
in ocean swells big and small, in turn vastly improving
durability and longevity. Having their own factory
allows HYPR canoes founder Ian Foo to continually
push the mantra “Higher Quality, Innovation &
Lower Prices” .
