until we receive your deposit by check or wire transfer.

Detailed order instructions:
STEP
1 -
Complete order form Complete the order form and
send it in to us. Make sure you select the color
of your canoe and indicate your transportation arrangements.
For interisland delivery we use Young Brothers –
other delivery will depend on your location. Please
note freight charges are extra and not under our
control. Be assured we will negotiate the best deal
we can and we never mark up freight or packaging
costs. Click here for our online order form. Choose
your canoe, the color, and please indicate your
inseam measurement for your full seat option. If
ordering from overseas, please indicate (on the
order form), your closest major international port
to allow for efficient delivery. Please print, sign
and fax it to us for immediate service.
STEP 2 -
Deposit so that your canoe can be placed onto our
production schedule, a deposit of $500 is also required.

customer, you must cover wiring fees on your end.
Also be sure you specify funds to be paid in US
dollars. On receipt of your order form and deposit,
we will check for product availability and contact
you with an estimated delivery date.
STEP 3 -
Waiting Period We try our best to keep most canoes
we carry in stock and available for immediate shipment.
We know all to well how it feels to have to wait
for a canoe. However there will be times when we
are out of stock, the longest you'll have to wait
will be 6-8 weeks usually for custom orders. If
you are open to color choices you'll be more successful
in getting your canoe faster. We stand behind all
of our workmanship and guarantee our boats to be
of the finest quality. We will take a deposit upon
the placing of your order. Once we have confirmation
your boat is in and ready to be shipped we will
send you an email request to authorize us to charge
the balance of the boat purchase either on your
credit card, via online check or just a notification
that you need to send us by wire or mail the balance
due on your boat. Upon receipt of funds we will
ship the boat the very next business day. You will
be responsible for the shipping charges. Rest assured
we'll ship your new boat as carefully as we'd like
ours shipped.
STEP 4 -
Packing and Transport Details Your canoe will be
securely packed in the best quality materials. We
quality control and check our boats prior to packing
Upon receiving your canoe, please unwrap and check
it before signing for its receipt. Very occasionally,
small transit damage does occur. If this happens,
inform the staff, who will complete the necessary
documents for you. Please advise us in writing within
14 days if any minor transit damage has occurred.
We will contact you and make arrangements to resolve
any problems.
